They were wonderful. Professional and honest. Took care of our problem very quickly.
My double basin kitchen sink was fully clogged and my attempts to clear it over a period of several days with a variety of bottled drain cleaners was totally unsuccessful. I called Crest after 5:00pm and they had a plumber at my home first thing the next morning. (he even called first to let me know he would arrive a bit early). Jordan was very friendly and courteous. He snaked the drain in no time at all and gave me some suggestions on what types of things to avoid sending down the drain, and what products were best (and worst) to use if I ever have a problem in the future. The sink hasn’t drained this quickly in a couple years. I’m very pleased.

Without question the fastest best service I have yet to recieve for a frequent problem I have (roots in a main). I was called promptly at 7 am after leaving a very off hours (5:30) message. Was told I would have someone in 30 minutes. Not a minute past 7:30 Justin was kind, clean, great with animals, thorough and welcomed me to view my problem. The area of interest has been marked and it seems so much less overwhelming now. The price was right and the job well done by a great employee.
We came back to our house after being away for a few weeks and two of our toilets immediately were leaking. Lucky for us we had another bathroom to use while we searched for a fix/replacement. We requested a quote for these to be fixed and right away Joe Williams sent me a text wanting to know the situation. After much back and forth, nothing to do with Crest all on us, we had agreed to replace all the toilets at a most reasonable price.When Joe and his co-worker Kenny came out they were extremely professional and efficient. Their work was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.
I sent a request on Angi and within 5min I had a call back, this was at 5:15a.... Jordan was here at 7a, very informative, extremely nice. After all of my plumbing issues I wish I would have used this company from the beginning. I will definitely use them again if I am ever in need.
